Kids on a field trip getting ready to enter the Teahouse

This is some kid's from one of John's (volunteer docent) 2nd grade class, getting ready to take part in a tea ceremony.Chanoyu, Japanese Tea Ceremony: Held on the Second Saturday of each Month. Fee. Schools and groups call the reservations line to find out a date and time you can take part in a tea ceremony. Reservations required, 602-256-3204. The Kids especially get excited when they are getting ready for this field trip to the garden and teahouse. The kids will learn a lot about relaxing and tranquility, clearing their mind of worries and just reflecting on nature and the beauty at the garden.
