About the Event

We invite you to join us for an exquisite series of workshops dedicated to uncovering the art of Japanese cooking.

Sunday, January 12th: Sushi Roll called Ehomaki

Join us for a hands-on Ehomaki (恵方巻) workshop and learn to make this delicious Japanese "lucky direction roll." Traditionally enjoyed during Setsubun in February, Ehomaki is a thick, uncut sushi roll eaten while facing the year’s lucky direction, which is believed to bring health and happiness.

Under expert guidance, you'll craft your own custom roll, perfecting techniques that make this experience fun and meaningful. Embrace Japanese culture and take home some delicious good fortune!
