Membership Q & A
Membership Q & A

How do I get my membership card?

A: You can access your card in your member profile within the DoubleKnot website. Watch this video to learn how.

Do you offer physical membership cards?

A: Upon activation of your membership, a digital mail request form will be sent to your email address. Please fill out the mail form to receive your physical card and goods.

If you need assistance in filling out the mail form, getting your address to us, or need a card replacement please contact membership@jfgphx.org.

Please note that the digital mail form or contacting us via email is the only way to receive physical goods.

Does my membership allow me to visit any other attractions?

A: Your membership allows you to visit gardens that belong to the American Horticultural Society Reciprocal Admissions Program. You can view the list of participating locations here. It is a good idea to contact the location in advance of your visit to determine if they have any special requirements for admission.

Do I have to reserve a ticket online before I visit?

A: Members are only required to reserve tickets for special events and workshops (ie. Otsukimi Moon Viewing, Haru in the Garden, Ikebana workshops). Tickets for additional parties not covered by your membership must be reserved in advance for both general admission and special events/workshops.

Can I purchase a membership as a gift for someone else?

A: Yes, but please specify the recipient's name and email in the standard membership form and they will then be contacted to receive their membership cards and benefits list.

Who can I contact if I have a question about (my) membership?

Please contact membership@jfgphx.org!
